Southridge Brewers
Southridge Brewers were formed with the ambition to craft our own beer comparable to the best store bought beer. Starting up in the early 2015 they have so far produced roughly 490L / 130 Us.G. of beer (2017-01-01).
The name Southridge Brewers is a reference to the area of operation for the brewery and will remain so even if the hub of operation would move to other locations in the future.
Laszlo Bencell - Brewmaster
Laszlo with a degree in engineering have naturally taken a vast majority of the equipement used at Southridge Brewers as his responsibility. Driven by his interest in research for the most efficient and cost-worthy equipment he really gave Southridge Brewers a flying start with their launch brews. His Hungarian herritage might have contributed to his taste in european beers but Thomas feel great satisfaction in getting Laszlo more and more into the world of various IPAs.

Thomas Hallström - Brewmaster
Thomas, a trained flight instructor with a long time interest in alcoholic beverages like rum and whisky. A while before the creation of Southridge Brewers Thomas developed the taste for craft beers and with the good help of a friend (Jonas) talked Laszlo into trying it for themselves. Thomas is still unsure of what he enjoy most about brewing his own beer, the brew itself, the bottling and naming or the feeling of opening up a hand crafted beer and hearing that ptschhh of a well carborated beer before pouring it up and enjoying the taste.
