The Great Wit/Not So Witty
Type: Wit Bier
This style of beer is traditionally made with bitter orange and coriander.
We decided to turn it down a notch on the Not So Witty and leave out the coiander.

Hochsommer Hefeweizen
Type: Weissbier
A traditional weissbier with low alcohol content and fresh flavours. As a trial we dry hopped a quarter with fresh ginger and another quarter with citra hops.
Red Rider Ale
Type: Red Ale
This ale is pumped with malt giving it it's reddish colout.
It has a great deal of tasty bitterness to it but also a hint of roasted nuts.

Session IPA
Type: Session IPA
This type of beer is similar to a regular IPA but lighter in taste and ABV. Here We've once again tried out the addition of mango in one part of this beer. The beer was divided with 1/4 mango, 1/4 dry hopped with simcoe and 1/2 regular session IPA.
After bottling we ended up with 38 Mango Madness, 30 Sizzling Simcoe and 82 Plain Session IPA.
