Maiden Voyage

First try of a homebrewed beer and it really lit a spark. This brew was filled with epiphanies of what to do and what not.

A Belgian Blonde
Type: Belgian Blonde
Loaded with knowledge from last brew we went into this particular brew with alot of spirit. Although this brew was not a perfect one we had learned alot since Mayden Voyage.
Take Two
Type: Pale Ale
A remake of our first pale ale but this one packed with twice the amount of hops. Also our first attemt at brewing two beers simultaneously.

Another Belgian BLonde
Type: Belgian Blonde
A copy from our first brew but slightly more hopped.

WIPA
Type: American Indian Pale Ale
Brewed on a Recipe from Jonas SJöstrand. This tasty AIPA quickly got the name WIPA due to the involuntary use of Weissbier yeast instead of the normal US-05 for fermantation. Plans to remake this beer with the correct fermantaion have been made. This was also our first attempt at dry hopping a beer.

Worstweisser
Type: Weissbier
This beer made its way into a bottle and became our largest quantity brew so far. It did not pack the flavour punch we had expected but turned out to be a decent beer anyhow.

Enough With The Monkey Business

This was a very smooth brew and resulted in 60 tasty bottles fo beer on the wall.

Griveing Native

After some sparge trouble we are happy to have made our strongest beer to this date.

Ingenious IPA
Type: American Indian Pale Ale
Finally it was time for a remake and correct brewing of our previous WIPA, this time with the correct yeast. We are currecntly looking to make this one our house beer.

Surreal Saison
Type: Saison
With a base of Belgian saison this was divided into two different batches flavored with fruits. One got a touch of raspberries and the other pomegranate and mango. We've been anxious to try these out ever since we started planning the brews. This beer is called Raspberry Rage or Mango Madness.
